KESynergist, LLC is a JV between New Synergist LLC and Koam Engineering Systems, Inc (KES) formed under an SBA approved 8(a) Mentor-Protégé Agreement

New Synergist Consulting (newsynergist.com), the majority owner of the 8(a) JV KESynergist and the Protégé in the MPA, is a small disadvantaged (8a) business which offers highly specialized and in-depth experience in all aspects of leadership, management, business, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) training, including change management support, executive coaching, meetings and support, Instructional System Design (ISD), curriculum development, training delivery, reporting and metrics, and formal classroom training.

KES (kes.com), the minority owner of the 8(a) JV KESynergist and the Mentor in the MPA, was founded in 1994 and is headquartered in San Diego, California. KES is an ISO 9001: 2015 certified, employee-owned company with offices and teams located in San Diego, CA, Gig Harbor, WA and Norfolk, VA. KES provides C4I, IT and integration/engineering services, design services, program management and process improvement support; systems engineering & technical assistance; requirements analysis; Information Assurance (IA); configuration management and quality assurance; and technical/training exercise support.
